Our reports are based entirely on the medical information, reports, and echocardiography DICOM files provided for review

The quality and accuracy of our opinion depend on the completeness and quality of the submitted material

Echocardiography Studies

Tele Echocardiography Interpretation requires original DICOM files suitable for diagnostic review

If an examination is technically inadequate, incomplete, or of insufficient quality, we may issue a limited interpretation or determine that a reliable interpretation cannot be provided

Clinical Responsibility

Final diagnosis, treatment decisions, medication changes, and ongoing patient management remain the responsibility of the treating physician

Our reports should be considered as specialist consultation and interpreted together with the patient's history, examination findings, and other relevant investigations
