Before You Request a Tele Echocardiography

This service is available to healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities seeking expert echocardiography interpretation or remote consultation. Patients may also submit studies when appropriate echocardiographic images and supporting medical information are available

What is this service?

Our Tele Echocardiography service provides remote expert review and interpretation of echocardiographic studies. The service is intended to support clinical decision-making by offering a specialist assessment of the submitted images and related clinical information

We currently accept transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) studies for both adult and pediatric patients

At this time, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and stress echocardiography are not available through this service. We are actively working to expand our services and hope to offer these modalities in the future

Before You Continue

Please make sure you provide:

- Echocardiography images or DICOM files (preferred whenever available)

- Echocardiography report (if available)

- Relevant clinical information

- Patient age, sex, weight (kg) and height (cm)

- Your specific clinical question

- Any previous echocardiographic studies (if available)

Providing complete clinical information and high-quality images helps ensure the most accurate interpretation

Important Information

Our recommendation is that echocardiographic examinations be performed by qualified healthcare professionals using appropriate equipment. Remote interpretation complements—but does not replace—the clinical evaluation and judgment of the treating physician

The interpretation provided is based solely on the echocardiographic images, reports, and clinical information submitted. Image quality and completeness of the provided information may affect the accuracy of the interpretation

If the patient is experiencing a medical emergency, immediate emergency medical care should be sought. This service is not intended for emergency diagnosis or management

Service Fees

Patients:

- Routine (Delivered within 48 hours) — $49

- Urgent (Delivered within 6 hours) — $89

Healthcare Providers:

- Routine (Delivered within 48 hours) — $69

- Urgent (Delivered within 6 hours) — $109

- Providers with an active service plan: According to the service agreement
